The code of ethics is formulated at the first meeting of every semester to emphasize respect in our discussions.
- Seek understanding always; listen first.
- Practice mutual respect.
- Focus on ideas, not ad hominems.
- Try to keep your voice down and allow others to speak.
- Use evidence in good faith.
- Leave your ego at the door – it’s a conversation, not a competition.
